Not only does she understand what you mean but she'll give her input as well and come up with ideas. The interior is chique and modern with a sleek long white leather sofa and as you sit in the chair getting your hair done, the mirror shows the trees and the beauty of the buildings across the street. With a nice athmosphere, good coffee and soothing lounge music you'll enjoy every minute and look forward to coming back before you've even left.

The atmosphere…read morewas okay, but the hair dresser had to be told to cut hair and was continuously given direction when I went with my sister while she got her hair cut, and hairdresser showed no creativity or initiative to dress/style hair. Strongly would not recommend and will never be returning myself as well.

Van buiten ziet de kapsalon er chique en professioneel uit, Ik heb al 2 keer een slechte ervaring…read moregehad met het eind resultaat van mijn kapsel. Ik ben de 2e keer in Berchem gaan knippen en de mevrouw die mij knipte zat al veel te twijfelen. Achteraf heeft ze mij niks verteld van dat ik 2 kale plekken op mijn achterhoofd had en heeft ze mij gewoon 20 EUR laten afrekenen zonder excuus. Ik ben achteraf naar een andere kapsalon gegaan in de buurt die mijn kapsel verder mooi heeft afgewerkt. Op het station identiek het zelfde resultaat. Ik vind dat het personeel niet ervaren genoeg is en dat ze nog al wat begeleiding nodig hebben met het knippen. Want goedkoop is het niet! Spijtig.
