I am not typically very good at allowing myself to relax and be pampered, but they made it very easy for me to relax and enjoy myself. I went in for a haircut and ended up with a complimentary hand, head, and shoulder massage as well. The gentlemen was very patient and attentive to hearing what I wanted, and obviously committed to making sure I was happy with the result. He did a wonderful job on my hair. I will be a regular customer here.

I made an appointment and then arrived 15 minutes late due to stau. They didn't seem perturbed or hid it very well. :) Alicia introduced herself, an Italian girl who's worked there for four years. She was very professional and personable. I asked her if she could still get me outta there by 2 even though I came at 12. She set a timer and got to work. During my two hair washes, she sat me in a massage chair and gave me multiple scalp, hand, shoulder and neck massages. I almost fell asleep! She cut and styled my hair as I requested. My hair color is perfectly blended and grays are gone. She was able to get me out by 2pm by a hair! I ran outta there so fast I forgot to tip her! I'll come back and make it up to her. FYI... they take vat forms and just deduct it from your total. Credit cards are NOT accepted but EC cards are. Come prepared! Their prices are very reasonable but many don't carry a few hundred euros in their pocket. I hope they reconsider in the future.
