The staff are very polite. They are always ready to help with useful pieces of advice on hair care and treatment. The Woking branch of Supercuts is typical of the no appointment salon chain…read more There are generally between 2 and 3 members of staff available for haircuts and they offer a no nonsense service. Expect a long wait at the weekend and at lunchtimes as the store gets very busy. You'll probably also find that ealy mornings can be popular (presumeably with everyone thinking that they'll beat the rush). Waiting facilities are basically just a row of chairs - don't expect the salon treatment here. The salon is clean and brightly lit and is popular with all ages and both men and women (although to be fair it's predominantly women). Good sanitation procedures appear to be used. The cuts are acceptable but I find that you have to know what you want as this isn't really the right setting for a consultation! In terms of price Supercuts are very competative, especially given that Woking salons often think that they are in the WestEnd of London! Recommended for basic cuts.
