This isn't terribly abnormal for barbershops outside of military locations. They're used to cutting hair in a certain style, and any deviation just doesn't compute. All in all, it was a little bit shorter than I wanted, but it was OK. There was a pretty decent line, so my guess is it's a popular place.

I didn't know exactly what kind of haircut I wanted since I haven't found a good barber yet...until now. The haircut itself took only about 15-20 minutes and Shelby did a wonderful job being very clean and efficient for the varying lengths/thicknesses of my hair. She wore a mask at all times and made sure everything was sanitized before and after my visit. The price was reasonably priced at $18 for a basic men's haircut. All in all, a wonderful experience with very sociable and friendly staff that should warrant a visit from anyone looking for a good haircut at a great price!

Not much you can tell from the outside, however I don't blame them for that. First barbershop that was friendly and I was greeted and felt welcome upon walking in. First barbershop that accepts Card for payment. Seriously this one was big for me! It is 2020 for crying out loud. Conveinence goes a long way for customers to return! Not only do they accept card as payment, their prices aren't outstanding like other barbershops in the area. If you have a barbershop within a 10 mile radius of a military installation and you're charging $20+ for a razor fade and I have to pay $2.50-$3 for an atm fee. I find that sad and ridiculous. Off my soapbox. Shelby took care of me and gave me a high razor fade and it is completely within regulations and looks/feels great. Glad I found this place and DEFINITELY will be coming here for the rest of my time here.

He knew exactly what to do when I pointed out how a previous barber messed up his hairline, so that was a plus. Also, there was a cute little boy who came over from the nail shop next door to keep us company while we waited. He was so sweet! What I did not like was the extremely long wait, kids were in there cussing like sailors, they don't take appointments and I'm pretty sure we got skipped a couple of times.... She had her 2 dogs running all around the shop, she smelt like cigarettes, her clippers where in the worst condition ever because they kept snagging on my hair and beard, The lady does not know how to cut African American hair obviously so instead of her telling me she did not know how to cut African American hair she let me get into her chair and mess my hair up so bad I had to tell her to stop.
