The result made me happy. The second time, however: what a disappointment. The hairdresser felt very uneasy - almost nervous - cutting my hair. His hand was unstable and he seemed lost at what to do. The result is an uninspired bob, a haircut I could easily have had with a low budget hairdresser. I left the salon after 25 minutes (with my hair still wet!), feeling very uneasy and ugly.
