Since COVID my regular barber closed shop so I decided to give this place a try. What a horrible decision on my part. I booked an appointment with Krisda. Since it was the first time in I gave her very specific instructions and told her I have a cowlick on the back left so you can go too short in the back and I have straight fine hair so you can't go too short on the sides either or it will stick straight out. I am a 40-something white color professional so wanted my hair to look like that. She basically buzzed the sides all the way to the top and kept the top the same size accept for the back left that is about have an inch longer than the rest but buzzed all the way up to the cowlick so basically sticks straight out in the back. This is horrible and the more I look at it the more pissed I get. You are better off going to fantastic sams, burning another twenty bucks and having 10 people kick you in the balls and you will still feel better than I do about my hair. The worst part is, Krisda said she was going to put in my notes not to go too short on the side and I have a cowlick on the back. Apparently it didn't register when I told her a few times before she started cutting my hair. She apparently is a visual learner and has to read it for next time. This place is horrible! read more
