I just tried this place after not being able to get in anywhere else. I didn't have a normal salon…read moreanymore since I just moved here not too long ago. So I have them a try, made an appointment online (which was super simple) and chose to get my hair done by the person who had availability next. It turned out to be this girl Kailynn and she was great! I was in and out, felt very comfortable, everyone was very friendly. I also left paying $35 for a shampoo, cut and style. Which was much cheaper than anywhere else I could find! They are part of a strip mall so there should always be some parking in the lot. They are a full service salon, so whether you need just a trim or a full set of foils they can do it! They also do lashes and waxes. I will definitely be returning here. 10/10 recommend!

DO NOT DO IT! You've been WARNED!…read more Hmm... two pedicures scheduled at 5:00pm. The purpose of joint appointments would be to have them begin and end simultaneously or close to it, not a 15 minute gap. When asked a question regarding price, was met with a definite attitude and snide tone. The communication was terrible, not so much as a would you like them cut rounded or cut straight. The trim of the nail is so short on two of the toes I am anticipating an ingrown toenail or two. The water was too hot. Asked for it to be cooled down. She literally shoved my foot into the super hot water and THEN adjusted to cool it down. Never again

I am disappointed with my recent experience at this salon. I arrived on time for a scheduled…read moreappointment, but was kept waiting for over 40 minutes without clear communication or acknowledgment of the delay. Understanding that unforeseen circumstances can arise, I respectfully inquired whether any accommodation could be made in light of the extended wait time. Unfortunately, my concern was met with a confrontational and dismissive response from the manager, rather than a professional effort to address the situation. Punctuality and customer service are essential in a service-based business. While occasional delays may be unavoidable, how those situations are handled makes a significant difference. Regrettably, I did not feel my time or business was valued during this visit. I hope the salon takes this feedback into consideration to improve future client experiences. Needless to say, I will not be back as they have lost a customer.
