Unfortunately it's a no return from me. Would avoid, staff are very rude - discussing personal life and swearing whilst in the salon (not very professional) was left for ages whilst another lady had her hair done at the same time as me and resulted in my hair being the wrong colour. Disappointing and won't be returning. Had to go to another salon to have my hair corrected as it was that bad. Avoid unless you like cheap horrid hair. read more

first visit had a good cut and a good perm, second visit they left a perm under heat for 30 mins without checking hair, needless to say it was over processed, like public hair on my head. i expressed my disproval, to be informed that they only did what the instructions had provided. they should have checked how it was developing but they didn't. clair offered me a free deep conditioning, this did nothing to help.pity coz i liked thr way they cut my hair, but i haven,t returned, if you are having any treatment done make sure they check on you read more
