Now if that wasnt enough, when it came to billing, i only realized too late that I was billed for an MVP (Plus the $10 up charge) even though I only got a hair cut. No massage, no wash, no nothing. I talked to the manager, and she corrected the bill to the correct amount, so all in all, it is Ok. But this has been an extremely disappointing and insulting experience and end to my already long day. And going home, I still don't even like the cut. I showed a reference photo even, which was very much disregarded, so it's not very much of a surprise.
