From the moment I walked in I I could tell this was going to be an experience not to worry about. The shop first of all is very very clean! They do an amazing job with keeping the salon looking and feeling super sanitary which is important in procedures such as these. Ali immediately walked me through the microbladed process and talked through my likes, dislikes and fears. She listened then gave her recommendation of powder brows. After hearing how knowledgeable she was on why powder vs microblading, I agreed. Ali mapped my brows perfect on the 1st attempt! She numbed me up and we got started! She constantly checked on me and my pain level and I assure you, there was no pain! Her work was impeccable. She is very very precise and detail oriented. She really goes above and beyond through the whole process. I am so happy with my results and I finally have full natural looking brows! No more filling in every morning! No more trying different brows pencils! I would recommend Ali for all services she provides because I know the quality work now that she does! And just a side note, the work that Ali and her husband do in the community aside from running their incredible business is something to be noted as well. That there was only 2 of them there and they still needed to clean up , they wanted to go home early due to the rain. My son came back to me and let me know so i went and asked what the problem was if she had seen a hispanic boy in here she said there wasnt anyone there(lie #1) a man with his son came in listed I only did an online apt for my son but I would like to get a haircut also. She said oh no that is just fine. I looked at her and told her "You just ran my son off because you didnt have time to do him and bc he didnt make his apt on line. I don't know how well they cut hair but they are horrible at keeping appointments and notifications. And yet you can't get in without an appointment. She trimmed the bottom nicely, but the "face framing" layers went from mid ear downward to my chin - pretty much opposite of what you'd expect from face framing layers. I have a tendency to blame myself or my hair for cuts that don't work, but definitely not the case with this bad cut. All I can do now is keep it in a ponytail or headband and wait for growth.
