I had met Lourdes & Irma at a trade show last year and kept their card. I called & made an appointment with Irma. I sent her a picture of what I wanted and the color spectrum (shades of pink to burgundy with gold highlights intertwined). IT IS AMAZING! It's 5 days later - and I still cannot stop looking at my hair. Not only did she do the ombre, she blended it so there is a 'natural' transition between the colors. The ombre look (see photos) can be used with most any color combo. I chose pink to burgundy but I think for fall and winter I might do orange to brown. Irma was extremely professional and patient with me. She kept me involved thought each step of the process & Kept me laughing the whole time. Once I returned to Vegas, I've had at least 8 people ask me where I got it done & when I told them, they all said it would be worth the drive. I'm going back for a touch up in September and will be scheduling a mani/pedi with Lourdes while I'm there. I cannot say enough about how much I love my hair. Another thing I love about this shop is that it is locally owned. Shop Local keeps money in the community. They are flexible with their hours and try to accommodate their client's schedules when possible. (in early or stay later) Thank you, Irma! You Rock!! Oh yes and their shop is fat chick friendly!
