Absolute worst day ever. Took my daughter for a cute school haircut and they absolutely ruined her…read morehair. Told the lady to cut an inch from the bottom and give her long layers. Tomorrow I'll be spending time at another salon to have approximately 5 inches cut off her hair to fix the bad job that was done today. Her cut looked good but was only halfway dried at the salon so we couldn't see the true end result. Once it dried completely her hair was chopped and mangled something terrible. My daughter is absolutely devastated because her hair was almost halfway down her back. I've emailed corporate and am awaiting a response.

I have a lot of curly hair and I didn't really know what I wanted. I showed her a bunch of pictures that really didn't go but she was able to figure out what I wanted and my hair was stunning! She gave me some advice on my veil as well which make a huge difference! I ended up visiting AHD 4 times in a 2 week period between trial, hair wash/style, wax and to celebrate their 11th birthday.
