This is a place well worth browsing if you are looking for something affordable. The staff are friendly, service is good and the layout of the shop is logical, bright and spacious. Also, this shop is usually less filled with customers which means that you can often receive more attention when required.

If you did decide a visit to the high street was more what you were after then you would find a better quality of service and of product. The staff in the store seem a little disinterested and when they do chat to you, the impression is given that they are soley interested in a sale rather than the happiness of the customer, this is something which did not impress me at all. On the whole not a great place and if you need sports kit stick with what you already know rather than trying to save cash here.

Transalpino sets itself out as a cut above the usual sportsware shop which is why they have such a good selection of Addidas - the preffered trainer of many casual - but they also have tracksuits, t shirts and parkas by Fila and 80s Casuals amongst others. If you have switched on to the influences and style in the shop, the website pinpoints the store's ethos with a still from Kevin Sampson's Awaydays - focusing purely on the footwear only, by the way there was talk of Addidas producing a Birkenhead in honour of the film! With tongue in cheek there are some good t shirts too like the Panini Casuals print just in time for the world cup.

Once inside the display layout of the store just makes you want to peruse all of the produce and there is some quality stock on offer. I think even many hard core scouse sneaker fanatics would find their trainer selection a little paltry compared to the many new footwear stores that seek the latest, limted edition, obscure or revamped styles.

Anyhow, this stop obviously specialises in all things Nike and it does seem pricier than competitive stores within town such as JJB but they do have an extensive range to whet your appetite. Whether it's the latest trainers you're after or summer t-shirts, Nike has a decent variety on offer, none more so than at Liverpol One's Nike shop .

They have a screening shop here to do the printing on the spot. On top of that the selection for various Liverpool items, whether it be jackets, socks, spoons, or memorabilia...it's all here. They have apparel for infants, little kids, big kids, bigger kids. They have home and away gear. They had Christmas themed items, they had things on sale. My daughter picked up an LFC Elf on a Shelf. It's okay to touch because it doesn't have its magic yet....lol. That elf travelled with us during the rest of our trip. The value at this store is better than most other places, except online...maybe. if it's a legit shop, they may match or beat their competitor...the question is that this is an official shop, so their gear and items are all LFC endorsed and approved. There are a few other locations. The Ansfield location is the main store, but this was the closest to the hotel. It is the smallest of the three I visited, but it wasn't that small tbh. It carries the essentials, and I bet you will find what your looking for at this one. I recommended this to folks, and I recommend it to you if you're looking for LFC gear.

Ordered mini stadium (1 x item) when confirmation eventually turned up it was for 2 x mini stadiums. Immediately tried to contact the shop but virtually impossible. Cant phobe,no direct email,no customer service contact. Was advised wouldd be cobtacted within 48 hrs. After 4 days recontacted them. I was told they could not help as once order was placed it could not be canceled or ammended. I would have to wait until order arrived and return it. This would be at my own cost. I was also advised they would not ttell me when the return had arrived or if and when a refund would be made. What kind of cowboy outfit are they. I have supported LFC for over 60 yrs and this is the disgraceful way you treat your customers, shame on you.

A fairly small, compact branch of Adidas in Liverpool One, the store its-self from the outside…read morelooks quite modern, and inside it has a decent vibe with a nice selection of items from clothing to gloves to trainers for a store of its' size. I called in here for two reasons: 1. To temporarily shelter from the rain as the Liverpool One is barely covered 2. As I visited on "Cyber Monday", I called in to check out the offers going on in-store for Black Friday/Cyber Monday. The items on sale seemed to be priced at a competitive rate, obviously the full retail price to me seemed a bit off-putting, however, I did find a nice pair of gloves for between 15 and 17 pounds, reduced from between 21 and 24, this obviously proved to be an offer as the stock of this item seemed a little depleted, which is unsurprising considering this works out at around 30% off and the fact that with winter coming, it is very cold outside and certainly was on the evening of my visit to the store. They had a good selection of football jerseys, obviously, this didn't include my favourite team Manchester City, or Liverpool's teams Liverpool and Everton as those teams don't have kits manufactured by Adidas, but it did include jerseys from the likes of Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and worse still Manchester United, who are huge rivals of Liverpool and my favourite team, Manchester City - I can't help but wonder why these shirts are on for sale here but this is an approach many retailers do of supplying kits from teams with very few fans in the local area. The staff around the store seemed friendly enough. Although not as large as other sports shops, such as Sports Direct nearby or Adidas in my hometown of Manchester, this is still a decent store with a decent selection of goods, for a store of its' size, and although there were issues with original pricing, and maybe a small selection of trainers out of all things, especially compared to nearby stores such as the huge JD Sports store just a minute or two walk away, this store can improve but does surely deserve a three-star rating.

Now that they have arrived in a prime location, however, EFC has a flagship store in the heart of L1. I was a little disappointed with the choice of clothing as I would have liked more casual streetwear or retro kits, however, there is loads to choose from in terms of kits - the new away kit is a clever bit of marketing depsite being bright pink as loads of mums and girls have been snapping this up - everything a young lad needs to deck out his bedroom and football related branded items.

Compared to its counterpart, it is a lot more intricate in design and polished, serving two floors each of which sells the usual products. Everton Two is somewhat different though because it probably has more gifts and memorabilia available for your collection with some brief history to remind you as you browse through its store. You'll be able to order your new t-shirts for the new season here in advance with ease as staff are always on hand to help. If you're lucky to bump into one of the players on a special day like mine, seeing Tim Cahill then you'll appreciate the shop even more unless you're a Red of course!
