The worst customer service experience I have ever, ever had.
I made an appointment for a cut and blow dry last Wednesday for today (the following Thursday at one) when I arrived, I was told by an Garry that it hadn't been written in the book (I'm almost certain it was him who took the initial appointment with me) and he said that I could 'either wait half an hour or go'. I was very upset and I rightly wasn't willing to wait 30 minutes for an appointment when I had booked one over a week before. As I left he shouted, almost mockingly 'sorry' at me. I was in tears at this point. I will be contacting the manager as his behaviour towards me warrants dismissal. read more
