We took legal advice as I was very concerned about their threatening tone and the lack of incentive to complete installation if we paid in full before the job was finished. After receiving our email they promptly came and finished the job. These are extremely unpleasant people to deal with; wolves in sheeps clothing. I would advice anyone to go elsewhere.

Awful service. I had paid for a new wood burner handle as there's had broken and they had not…read morecontacted me to tell me it was ready for collection. I do not live near the store so when I was in the area I popped in. The man in the shop shouted at me for taking months to collect the item. I informed him there was no need to be rude as I had already paid for the product. He continued to shout at me even whilst I left the shop. I have heard recently from other customers that the service is appauling. I left the shop in an awful state. No need for this behaviour what so ever!

Not impressed with this company. They took my money without authorisation ahead of a chimney sweep…read more/ service. Whilst the sweep was completed they said our fire was unsafe and disconnected it (which took 5 minutes). However they still charged me for a full service and now want me to pay £500 to have a new fire installed. Would not recommend using them. The only plus is that the engineer seemed competent and polite.
