This place never gets cleaned. I've never seen anyone doing anything around there to keep it sanitary or even safe (i.e. water all over the floor, trash running over, etc.) I saw one guy, one time, collecting money. The washers are filthy and smell like sewer. Several of the dryers have jagged metal around the drums that will at least snag your laundry if not shred it. My last complaint is the price...the gigantic washer costs $4 which I don't mind that much, but the small washers cost up to $3.75 if you have heavily soiled items!? What a waste of water to run the big one for 2 or 3 pairs of work jeans. And the dryers? $1 buys you 16 minutes which means you have to cough up between $2 and $3 per load to get them dry, unless you don't mind baking them on high heat. Also why is there no phone number posted anywhere in case of problems or emergencies? Where I come from, it's just good business to be available to your customers. Not just sneak in 5 minutes before closing time and collect your greedy little share. For what I've spent there in the past 2 months, I could have bought a used washer and dryer set.
