I decided to schedule an appointment with him after being examined by two other doctors who I felt weren't listening to me regarding the issues I was having with my feet. Dr. Ridenour really listened, worked to get a thorough understanding of my condition, and didn't rush to say surgery before trying conservative methods. The surgery that Dr. Ridenour performed (which was different than what the other two doctors were recommending) was successful - every step of the process was clearly explained to me, and Dr. Ridenour didn't mind "all the questions." I would highly recommend him to anyone with foot or ankle issues.

Had my right knee replaced by him 2 years ago and it is still going strong. Went from not being able to walk across my living room without having intense knee pain and instability to being able to walk continuously without any discomfort. His work has allowed me to continue an active and productive lifestyle. Never thought I would be able to go out and catch football with my grandsons but now I do it on a regular basis. Initial recovery was tough, but so worth it. If you are thinking you need a knee replacement, you probably do. See Dr. Waligora soon.

Literally has had like 10+ DON's alone within last 2 years and it keeps getting worse and worse. Staff is like a revolving door. Mostly rely on agency as they treat regular staff so terrible like they are just disposable garbage. Staff is often very minimal. Facility is extremely dirty in general, you can see with your own eyes upon arrival. Far too often have residents escape as wander guard system doesn't work properly sometimes and management will lie in documentation about what occurred, yes I've witnessed this myself. Putting all staff licenses at risk. Food is often something you have to tear apart to attempt to tell what it even is. They have staff and even husbands of staff members bring in snacks when state shows up since facility often doesn't provide them at all for residents. Wish I was joking. It is so sad.

While the Doctor was running a bit behind, I soon realized why this might have been the case. He is thorough and takes whatever time is needed to listen and make certain his patients understand his diagnosis and available options. After meeting with PA Kelly and her conducting some pre-screening tests, Dr. Arner arrived and began his examination. Immediately after introducing himself to my wife and I, he conducted numerous physical tests of strength and mobility in my shoulder while listening intently to my questions and symptoms. Then came the reviews of my x-rays and MRI results, explaining in laymen terms the issues he observed and options available to resolve the issue. When our appointment was concluding, he advised that my condition was not at the level he felt that surgery would be advisable at this time. This coming from a man who makes his living performing surgeries, but was not "Knife happy" and looking at how he could make more money, but what was looking at what was in the best interest of the patient. I could not have any higher praise for Dr. Arner, PA Kelly and the entire staff we met today. Keep up that great bedside manner and caring for the patients you see! Thank you, John Sherid

I've always been helped quickly when I call with a need or get a return call from someone who can help. They have even squeezed me in quickly when I had a need. You can also tell they enjoy what they are doing. I've been seen here more times then I can count going back 5 years. I have seen Dr. Mauro, Dr. Bradley and Dr. Mauro's PA Michelle (who is phenomenal). Once or twice I have had a long wait, but I understand emergencies happen. Plus one time the issue was with how my MRI was read which wasn't done in that office. Generally they are pretty quick at getting you called back, taking X-rays, seeing the doctor and even being fitted for braces. The doctors are great, work together when they need to. They have figured out some tough issues. They go above and beyond just providing orthopedic care. I have had surgery with both doctors I have seen. This will definitely be where I continue to get orthopedic care whenever possible. If you need a good orthopedist definitely consider this office, especially Dr. Mauro and Dr. Bradley

They do offer some online scheduling and also by phone. It is a big office and quite busy. There are several different check in windows when you arrive. I do feel possibly a better screening process when calling to schedule. They scheduled me to see a PA (my regular doctor was on leave) and even the PA questioned why I was seeing him as there wasn't really anything he could do. I wound up having to schedule to see another doctor a few weeks later. The office seems to operate fairly efficiently. They usually send you for X-rays before seeing the actual doctor so that the doctor has already seen them before coming in to see you. They also have an orthotist in office to fit you with any braces or boots etc that are needed. My normal specialist here is Dr. Hasselman. He is great. Very thorough. Listens to concerns. Willing to think out of the box. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a foot/ankle specialist.
