A really great museum - a must have for every tourist and visitor in Bremen! And for inhabitants…read moreanyway. Architecture of the main building is very unique and looks great. But the high degree of interactivity of exhibitions objects is amazing. You must touch and move everything to engage with exhibitions themes. Great place. Very original museum. We went there with some colleges from the university (all Aeronautical…read moreEngineers) during a visit in Bremen. At least found many interesting things and diverse stuff to play with (Yes... Like if we were kids). I visited on a non-match day (could not schedule a game in unfortunately), but in a way, it worked out better. The club shop was fairly large, with the usual sale of jerseys, scarfs, mugs, caps, the whole set. The club museum was also fairly impressive, with past trophies and match day photos on display, this provided a good taste of the Werder Bremen experience. Unfortunately, the display was primarily in German so it was a bit difficult to understand, and the staff were not too confident with English either. Nevertheless, this should be interesting and appealing to any football fan.
