After chasing them for 1 week from taking the blood sample she realizes that she was NOT able to take the sample correctly and we need to take a new appointment and give blood sample again (she was supposed to give the report in 1 Working day). The new appointment was available after 15 days as she has to go on vacation. Seriously?A person who is suffering from a problem will wait for over 20 days just to have blood test conducted accurately that too without giving a decent APOLOGY? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and NOT RECOMMENDED at all.
