We went out to see a house that was so badly misrepresented by this agent, we weren't just disappointed, we were downright angry. We wasted time and money going to see a house that needed a lot of structural work doing to it, there was no mention of this in the description online, or in any of the conversations I had with 'Alex'. The photos were completely misleading, making the drive to the house, the garden, and the house itself look far bigger than it actually was. We've tried to view another house, and despite requesting a timeslot, and informing three people that we are out in the afternoon, they book a 1.30pm slot. I email them saying that we cant do this, two days ago, they reply, they will get back to me with another slot. They then ring me today asking me if I'm still going at 1.30pm. If these people are this bad at communicating, why would ANYONE sell their house through them, never mind view houses they have to offer ? Awful service, awful communication skills, and completely misleading adverts on their website, and on Rightmove.
