Beautiful horse and carriage!!

Wonderful service from start to finish!! Kimberly was very responsive and accommodated to our requests with ease! The carriage was decorated beautify and Tango our horse was such a sweetheart!

The horse drawn carriage was the cherry on top of our wedding. All our guests said it was the highlight of the event. The majestic horse and carriage really made our event magical. It allowed our fairy tale to come true. Their prices are incredibly more reasonable than other choices. Very professional and they know weddings. I knew it would be a nice touch but I had no idea how impressed people would be or what a difference it would make to the overall ambiance.

Riding away with my prince charming!

Our wedding was in Carmel, a long ways away for Kim, but she was there on time with the horse totally ready for the baraat.

She makes you feel like you have known her for years. Clear and concise with what she wants, prompt responses, and a whole lot of fun. But after seeing her the event come to life, it was like we were transported into another universe. She has vision and drive. Hopefully this will not be the last time we work together!

I recently had the absolute pleasure of working alongside Andrea for an extravagant, Wicked-themed birthday celebration at the Grand Bay Hotel in San Francisco. As a DJ, I've been part of my fair share of complex productions--but this event? This one had layers. We're talking immersive design, multiple performances, theatrical moments, choreographed timing, lighting cues, and the kind of attention to detail that would make Broadway stage managers sweat. And yet--through every twist, change, last-minute curveball, and behind-the-scenes chaos--Andrea stayed calm, composed, and genuinely joyful. That smile never left her face. It wasn't just impressive; it was inspiring. What struck me most was Andrea's emotional intelligence and natural leadership. She wasn't just checking off a list--she was reading the room, checking in on vendors, comforting the family, and still had the foresight to ensure every beat of the evening landed with intention. For us as DJs, a successful event relies heavily on the planner's clarity, timing, and communication. Andrea excelled at all three. Her cues were crystal clear, her flexibility never compromised the bigger picture, and her collaboration felt seamless. It's rare to find someone who can hold both the creative and logistical sides of event production in perfect harmony. Andrea is that rare gem. And beyond the work, there's a real human connection there--a warmth that draws people in, makes vendors want to go above and beyond, and creates the kind of synergy that guests can feel, even if they don't see it. After this event, I'm not only grateful--I'm inspired. I genuinely hope to work with Andrea and Mia Emma Love Events more in the future. I believe that if we continue to collaborate, we could create experiences that are unforgettable, meaningful, and consistently next-level. Andrea, thank you for the trust, the kindness, the professionalism, and for being exactly the kind of event partner every creative hopes for. I'm honored to have been a part of this one--and I'm already looking forward to the next. With deep appreciation, DJ Brandon Beach

The drinks were not the best and it was better to stick with wine/beer. The planning process was great, although Tianna, the individual on we initially worked closely with, transitioned to a different place so we were paired with another person on the team by the final walk through. Despite the change, everyone else on the team has been phenomenal, especially Christiana and Marisa so definitely all staff is AMAZING! When they mean they will handle everything, they seriously took care of everything day of. I did not have to ask my bridesmaids to do a single thing which helped with the overall process. The staff took meticulous notes during our final walk through and planning so everything was as envisioned. Christiana was our day of coordinator and seriously, she was the most patient and kindest person I've ever met. She was smiling the entire time, truly genuine, and had the kindest heart. No words could describe how she is as a person and I'm truly grateful to have had the privilege of working with her. As an anxious Type A person, I could not imagine how my day would have gone without having such a genuine calm person by my side. Day of, we were running about 30 minutes behind schedule, which wasn't anyone's fault. We took a bunch of photos during cocktail hour per our request, there was confusion with our escort cards on our end, and my dress had to be adjusted for every photo, oops! We still managed to adapt and the entire team, including the DJ, was flexible and calm throughout which I truly appreciated. Open bar was great and bartenders were awesome! Definitely worth the top shelf liquor package. Food was good although we had small hiccup with the prime rib and there was miscommunication about the buffet. However, I am more than happy with how management and staff handled the problem. They took accountability, ownership, and offered a resolution - that in itself to me is more than I could have asked for. With weddings or any event, there are small issues or error to arise, so I'm more than pleased with how Marisa and the team went above and beyond even after the wedding. We got a lot of compliments on the venue itself. From the outside ceremony site to the indoor ballroom, every area was stunning. All my guests are primarily from the East Bay so it was a nice change in scenery yet still close to home. Overall, I'd recommend this venue! From the staff to the vendors to the food, everyone has been a pleasure to work with. Thank you StoneTree staff, you are all wonderful!

We hired Leslie about 10 months before our wedding in Healdsburg, CA for a "month-of plus" package…read more My mom had attended a wedding she planned that was beautiful, so we were excited to work with her. By the time we hired Leslie, we had already selected our vendors and had a clear vision -- we mainly needed logistical coordination, vendor communication, and expert guidance to bring it all together. From early on, we were surprised by the lack of proactive recommendations and limited familiarity with Healdsburg and our venue, despite having been told otherwise. As time went on, communication became increasingly sparse, and it was difficult to get clarity on key details. At around four months out, vendors began reaching out to me directly for logistics since they weren't getting responses, which understandably made us anxious about how things would come together. When I raised my concerns and shared that we might need to go in a different direction, Leslie acknowledged that it hadn't been a perfect fit but seemed surprised by the decision. We ultimately made the very difficult choice to end our contract less than three months before our wedding and in hindsight, it was absolutely the right one. I share this not to bash Leslie, as she is genuinely kind and professional, but to provide transparency for couples who have high expectations of their planner's communication, organization, and local expertise. I hope this helps future couples make informed decisions.

She struck the perfect balance of letting us drive the creative vision for our day while providing the structure, logistics, and expert guidance to actually bring it all to life. Leslie met with us as often as we needed, always taking time to answer our questions and never making us feel rushed. She was the mastermind behind the flawless execution of our wedding day, helping us pivot seamlessly when hiccups came up and offering thoughtful advice on everything from invitation wording to our timeline. Because of Leslie, we were able to truly live in the moment and enjoy our day, knowing that every detail was being handled with care. By the end of the process, she had truly become a friend -- we honestly miss our regular calls with her! Investing in a wedding planner is absolutely worth it, and we can't recommend Leslie enough. She made the experience not only stress-free, but genuinely joyful.

I contracted Alexis and her company for a wedding event and I want to say that it was the worst…read moredecision I could of made! Horrible customer service, did not follow through with what I had planned for this special day. After I confronted her about the lack of communication and planning she went ahead and had the audacity to overcharge me. I definitely do not recommend her services should of done my research before hiring her.

We had our wedding in March of 2019 and had hired Alexis and her team for our wedding coordination…read more We were excited to work with her and met with her several times in the lead-up to the wedding. We were told to expect several staff from her team on-site to help coordinate in our outdoor multi-site venue. She was even on-site the day before our wedding with an assistant to plan everything out. Then the day-of came, and Alexis did not show up. She sent her assistant with one other person, who we had never seen before and who knew nothing about our wedding. We were expecting Alexis, her coordinator, plus additional support based on our discussions up until that point. Having only two people show up day-of was alarming. So much went wrong on the day of the wedding, most of which she had told us she and her team would coordinate: 1. We spent the week before hand-crafting floral arrangements - many of which were not set out, even though our coordinators were responsible for putting out our decor. Our theme was "wildflowers," but you wouldn't be able to tell because a lot of it stayed boxed up. 2. Our wedding site didn't have enough chairs set up. Fortunately, the bride's mother arrived early and had to run around trying to find staff who could bring out and arrange the site. 3. Our DJ was supposed to be driven out to the wedding site in an ATV because it was muddy. The assistants apparently didn't know this though it was discussed, and so he ended up running late for the ceremony while he waited for a lift. 4. Our DJ was then supposed to be picked up from the ceremony site, but the coordinators didn't have a ride ready. In a rush he ended up driving his personal van out to the site and got stuck in the mud and couldn't make it back to the cocktail party and had to be hauled out. 5. The bridal party was very late to the ceremony site because the coordination staff wasn't communicating with each other or the site staff. The drivers, therefore, were running behind just because they weren't told about timing. Our guests waited in the sun at the ceremony site while the bridal party waited to be taken there. 6. The ceremony site was not set out the way we'd agreed and was missing most of the decorations. A ton of decor and flowers we expected at the wedding site stayed boxed, leaving us with an unadorned aisle and ceremony site. 7. The backup coordinators set aside none of the cocktail hour appetizers for the bride and groom - something Alexis said she would make sure to do. 8. The DJ came to us sheepishly at the end of the night, saying that typically he would coordinate payment with the coordinator, but they had left without notifying anyone. He went to the groom in the middle of the reception to make sure he would get paid. 9. Many of the guests spent the day picking up the slack of things we had agreed Alexis's team would do. We were agitated that they couldn't just enjoy the day after we went to so much expense in hiring coordinators. 10. The backup coordinator spent the day asking the bride and groom what she was supposed to be doing next and what we expected of her next. 11. The backup coordinator and her assistant were given walkie-talkies from the venue staff because cell phone reception was spotty at best. The venue staff was unable to find the coordinators when they needed them because the walkies apparently weren't often on. 12. Because of all this, the bride was pulled away so often she could not take pre-ceremony photographs with her bridesmaids. 13. Because the ceremony started so late, we ended up having to pay for an extra hour for our photographers and videographer to stay for the events we wanted to have filmed. We followed up with Alexis, and she asserted that they fulfilled their end of the bargain, and she proceeded to blame us for how everything fell apart and accused us of not being organized enough. She also said that enough chairs were at the ceremony site even though this was blatantly untrue, and we can prove it so with photographs and drone footage taken that day. Also, how would she possibly know? She was not there. Nothing changes the fact that the person we had been working with for five months didn't make it to our wedding, sent someone who knew nothing about our wedding to coordinate, and the day-of was chaos when it didn't have to be. Looking through photos of the day brings such mixed emotions. Having no pre-ceremony photographs with bridesmaids is one thing, but seeing pictures of our unfinished ceremony site is a heartbreaking reminder. Those pictures will last forever, as will those memories of a day that did not go as planned due to the poor coordination by Alexis Solano. All we can do at this point is to warn others against working with Alexis Solano Events for something as meaningful or costly as a wedding. If we knew then what we know now, we would have been better off hiring anyone else or just doing it all ourselves.
