HIL has provided excellent service to help me with green card application, green card removal of conditions and citizenship application over the years. I recommend HIL for below reasons: 1: HIL provided consultation tailored by each client. Attorney spent time doing research, studied my case and received second opinion from their senior partner Mr. Jim to make sure my case was in the right track. 2: Documentation was easy with their help. HIL provides a common list of evidence for clients to collect, and had attorney review before submittion, which saved lots trouble. When I needed to look up on my previous case, they were able to pull a lawyer's notes from USCIS interview 8 years ago. 3: Attorney had a accurate "prediction" for my case. He gave heads-up for questions most likely to be "targeted" and inaccurately answered. It really saved me from panicing on the interview and unnecessary explanation. I would not have a smooth interview without HIL's help. read more

From personal experience, I can proudly say without a doubt Jim's law firm and his team are by far the best in the country. It's very rare to find a legal team who cares about their clients like Jim's team does. I can say from experience this is something you will never have to question. All you have to do is put your trust in them and they will take care of the rest. From our initial consult with Paul Davis to the Intake Specialist and to working closely with Christina and Felipe, we couldn't have asked for a better team to be handling our case. Not only did they provide the expertise but also the support we needed every step of the way. Thanks to Jim and his team, we are one step closer to our dreams becoming a reality. This team is truly exceptional. We have already recommended Jim's practice to our friends and families and will continue to do so in the future. We wish Jim and his team all the best and thank them from the bottom of our hearts. God bless! read more

My EB-2 NIW based I-485 was pending for almost 21 months, and I tried everything to get a decision. My case had been transferred multiple times. I attended the interview. During the interview, the officer told me that she would give me a decision within a month, but nothing was happening after 3 months. I chatted with Emma almost every week, tried expedited request twice, and made congressman request twice, but nothing worked.. until Hacking law. I reached out to the Hacking law firm to file a mandamus lawsuit at the middle of July, and the lawsuit was filed in August 10. My case was approved within 40 days of filing the lawsuit. I am grateful for their help in quickly filing the lawsuit and getting this marathon journey over. I highly recommend Hacking law firm if you want to get a decision on your pending case. We all need to stand up and fight against USCIS for playing with our cases for years. read more

Mr. Hacking will never lie to you or promise you something that's factually untrue or practically impossible. I hired Hacking Law Practice for a mandamus lawsuit. I was assigned to Lawyer Christina and Paralegal Felipe Vargas. Felipe was very helpful and responsive when it came to our communications. I had expressed a sense of urgency to file my case and the team filed the lawsuit within a week after I paid for their services. A week later I got correspondence in relation to the mandamus from the relevant authorities. 3 months later I am on the other side of the process and very grateful/proud of my decision to hire Hacking Law. When it comes to Mandamus Lawsuits, they really are the experts! read more

I saw Attorney Hacking video about his service. I contacted him to help me with my wife CR1 visa which was unfairly held for the DS5535 vetting. Attorney Hacking filed a law suit on my behalves on May 7, and on July 4, 2019 my wife landed in USA. Attorney Hacking asked for a very reasonable fees. Attorney Hacking is very professional, has a great staff. The whole process was so smooth and hassle free. I later discovered that Attorney Hacking does all this for his passion to help immigrants like us who were unfairly treated. My wife and I grateful to Attorney Hacking and his team for the great help, and I strongly recommend him for all immigration related services. read more

If I could, I'd leave a 1000 Stars review. Hacking Immigration Law handled my Removal of Conditions case beautifully, which was just approved!!. Top notch service, attention and professionalism, from the intake Team, to the Paralegal to the Lawyers. I am so grateful I got to find them on the internet. If you can afford it, there is no better firm out there to help on your case. I didn't know I would be able to like a show more than I like "Breaking Bad", but the immigration answers show is now my favorite show, hands down. It is very informative and we're all a big family on the show. sometimes, some of us go off track and as family we remind them of why we're all here and we carry on. I think that's what I like the most about the show besides the education we get on the immigration process. I now, have my immigration benefit but this show was a great therapy for me when I was in the process of getting my benefit and I'm sure it is for many orhers. Thank you for you and your team do. God bless read more

Jim is a great guy. I cannot go into details of my visa petition, but I can say that he is crucial help. The first time I was able to hear about his work was in his YouTube immigration show. By watching that show, I was able to pick up a large amount of free advice, and he is generously advising people for free. After that, I was in touch with him and his office via email, and they helped me in my best interest. I want to thank Jim and his employees, and to recommend everyone contact them for help. They will approach your case on a human level and do the best for you. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with this immigration lawyer. After charging me $5,000, he only wrote a letter to immigration and provided no further assistance or follow-up on my case. I felt unsupported and neglected throughout the process. His employee, Christina S. Castro, was particularly rude and unfriendly, adding to the frustration. Based on my experience, I do not recommend hiring this lawyer if you want someone who genuinely cares about your case. Save your money and find someone more trustworthy. read more

As an immigrant (now a citizen! wow it feels surreal! I can tell that Jim Hacking and his team really care about people. I know a lot of attorneys will take an impossible case just to make money, but Hacking cares about people beyond the money. He's very honest, candid, and caring. He also offers a YouTube show were he generously helps people like myself. I rarely recommend attorneys -except for Hacking. Honesty, responsibility, and true care for immigrants is what characterizes this law firm! read more

I've read some negative reviews saying that Jim is using his podcast/show to fish for clients. He literally spends an hour almost every day patiently listening and answering all manner of immigration questions. The patience this guy has... especially with people with immigration issues that cannot be fixed and/or are self inflicted is remarkable. If he believes he can help you... he tells you... if he can't... he tells you ... that's honestly refreshing. read more

I'm really impressed with the professionalism and dedication HIL has! They were so informative regarding each step of the process and provided me with video contents so I know why we are doing this and what should we expect in next step. I got what I wanted from the lawsuit for long-delayed spouse visa petition and it saved us from extra 15 months of waiting. I'm so grateful to Hacking Law Practice, LLC for making our immigration process much easier. read more

I spoke with Tim Rudolph and unfortunately found the interaction to be quite unpleasant. Very rude. Over the course of a month, I repeatedly tried to get answers to my questions, but no one from the firm was able to assist me. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience that felt like a waste of time. I also reached out to Jim Hacking directly, but received no response. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this law firm read more

my experience with hacking firm was wonderful. even though USCIS requested extension on my lawsuit but they still approved my pending N-400 and I-130 with in initial deadline. A special thanks to Paul Davis and Felipe Vargas for understanding my concern on my case and providing me with all the details. I am definitely continuing with hacking firm for further processing on I-130 at NVC read more

I started listening to this program last year and have learned so much on immigration issues. He is very patience and will go to any lengths in helping .He takes his time and gives out great advice even when the callers are definitely impatient and doesn't want to listen or act like they know the answers. May he be blessed to keep up the great work he is doing for immigrants. read more

What I love is when I ask Jim a question, he answers it, doesn't bend around the bush, gets to the point, and tells me what the best option is. The Immigration Answers Show really did help me hear other people's views and situations. I think having a paid service for longer personal calls would be a great addition. Like $10 for a 10-minute call just an idea. read more
