The last time I was at Eleven Madison Park was a year ago, right before it got four stars from the Times. Back then I said that I didn't care what a certain paper said, I believed it was indeed a four-star restaurant. (I'm glad they finally saw it my way.) I was hesitant to go this time around, wondering whether things have changed. I'm happy to report that other than being a little bit more difficult to get a reservation, everything is as perfect as ever. This is the place to go for the food, the wine, the right amount of attention--the total dining experience to give you memories to savor until the next time.
