Buying Hachez at that horrible place called World Market is a sin. Save up, visit Bremen, and buy it there. The shop is well stocked and full of variety. It's in the old-town, so offers an interesting bit of nostalgia. Not sure if he's still there, but last time I was there, the shop had a meter-sized marzipan replica of Roland, the town hero. Pretty interesting confections. The "artisanal/hipster" movement in the U.S. is really just rehashing chocolate concepts Hachez's been doing for ages. read more
