I messaged them back and told them what happened and that the staff did not know. He went back and got yelled at again. The person that I was messaging knew the item I wanted and did not tell the staff. They sold my husband a rolling garment rack instead of a 10 drawer rolling rack. I messaged them back and told them about the confrontation and whet happened and that I wanted a refund because the sold him the wrong thing. They will not do it. Mind you, my husband is a 75 year old man trying to get me something that I wanted and was greeted with getting yelled at and they sold him the wrong item and now will not give me a refund. POOOOOR customer service. I will not be back

I found an Atari flashback 4 and Jen helped me by allowing me to open the used item to make sure the power cord was in the box. I was still on the fence about buying it because of the price at $31. I decided to stand off to the side and look up a few videos (muted) to see if the preloaded games were something i'd like to play. Out of nowhere an older woman came up to me and got in my face. I was a bit startled and I realized she must be an employee. Turns out she was the Manager. I'm 51 years old and this woman berated me like a 3 year old in front of other customers and employees. She said angrily that I was not allowed to look up items while in the store. I was kind of shocked she spoke to me in this way and I thought it was a joke at first. Then she started to grab for the item and said she would put it back on the shelf. At this point I was trying to keep it together. I had done nothing to be treated that way. I have always looked up items while in this store and never been accosted like that. I told her that I would stop looking on my phone, but I was keeping the item. She was pissed I didn't give it to her. She walked away in a huff to the back room. I had other items in my hand as well totaling over $40 and I was about 2 min away from making the purchase before she got in my face. After that insane treatment I walked up to Jen and told her what happened and said I won't be buying these items after all. Jen was very nice and apologized for the way I was treated. I will be back and I will always look up items. If that woman talks to me like that again I will just ignore her. Very rude manager!
