Wow, I love this place. I'm not from here but was staying at the Marriott (ask the counter for a…read morepass to get a little discount if you are too) and walked over to check it out as the Marriott lacks in gym equipment. Absolutely love it. As far as the FLOOR LEVEL - The equipment is both new and very esthetically pleasing. I will say it is a bit tight but not a gym for your next video or chat. This is a spot that has everything you need to bang out a great lift. Also, not busy at all. I went by once early in the morning and once in the afternoon and both times never waiting on anything. The LOCKER ROOM - on the men's side (don't know about women's) was AWSOME. Several sinks, outlets, showers and sauna. The sauna had a TV in it too which was kinda nice but turned off after a while. Also worth mentioning lockers have built in locks so no need to bring your own. The INTERIOR STYLE - itself is also really cool with an industrial chic look. The staff is very friendly and informative. They have a decent selection of classes which come with the pass aside from 2 or 3. The person at the counter answered all my ridiculous questions and did so happily. Appreciate that as I am a pain. Protein drink and a bottle of water was only $4.00!! Maybe it's because I'm from out of town but that's insane cheap in my book. Around $8-9 by me. Kept from the 5 star - space was tight but too big would ruin as there is a fine line. Variety of classes.

The equipment was surprisingly new but there seemed to be too much stuff crammed into a small area…read more Locker room are very nice and modern. One of the squat racks has a wobbly floor so make sure to use the one of the right hand side. The variety of the machines were surprisingly great. They have an interesting farmer carry machine that I've never seen before as well as a hack squat machine. I wish the turf was a little more open and didn't have that big cage over it. Overall a solid place to get a lift in.

What Yoga at Harmony in the Fall Has Meant to Me…read more I don't even know what I'd do without yoga now. I started going to Harmony in the Fall and it's been life-changing--for my body, my mind, and my ability to slow down in a life that rarely lets me breathe. As a mom with ADHD, giving myself permission to take just one hour to be still, stretch, and not think about anything else has been huge. The teachers at Harmony are amazing--so caring, encouraging, and completely non-judgmental. It creates a space that feels safe, welcoming, and deeply supportive. I can feel the difference in my week when I don't go to yoga. I'm more reactive, tense, and scattered. When I do go? I'm calmer. Clearer. More grounded. Yoga has helped me learn how to regulate my body and my mind--not just during class, but in the middle of everyday life. I use the breathing techniques when I'm having a hard moment with my kids. I use gentle stretching poses when I'm stiff or stressed. It's not just an hour-long escape... it's a tool I carry with me all week long. I've noticed real changes in my health, too. I have back pain and GERD (acid reflux), and both have improved significantly since I started yoga. The science supports this: ADHD - Yoga supports regulation by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, improving focus, emotional control, and impulse management. GERD/Reflux - Deep diaphragmatic breathing strengthens the diaphragm and helps reduce acid reflux by supporting the lower esophageal sphincter. Back Pain - Yoga improves posture, increases flexibility, and strengthens core and back muscles, which helps reduce chronic pain and tension. People sometimes think yoga is just stretching or breathing. But at Harmony, it's intentional. It's grounding. It's healing. I've gained confidence. I've gotten stronger. And I've found something that meets me exactly where I am--no pressure, just presence. If you've been thinking about trying yoga--especially if you're neurodivergent, overwhelmed, or healing--this is your sign. Harmony in the Fall is the most beautiful place to begin. You won't regret showing up for yourself.
