They tore out abs disposed of existing cabinets and appliances, installed new flooring, lights, repainted everything, installed a tile backsplash, the cabinets, and all new appliances. I then asked when someone would be able to come over and she said she didn't know and that someone else would have to call me back AGAIN! Now, more frustrated, I said when would they call me back and AGAIN she said within 24hrs. 36 hrs later SHE called back again and stated that they wouldn't be interested in doing the job because she didn't like my attitude. WOW! I think they must have more money than they really need since they are turning away work. Worst of all - no one that actually knows about construction ever talked to me to even find out what I actually wanted done - just the office manager. Beware. DON'T DO IT - too many real companies out there to give your money to. Must be nice to be that well off! Shame on those owners. I thought they TRULY wanted my satisfaction??!?!
