Since moving to Hicksville I needed to find a new doctor for my weekly adjustments and think I walked into a place I'll be forever revisiting. I absolutely would recommend any of my friends or family to come get any sort of chiropractic adjustment from Dr. Lee and or the appropriate acupuncture needed. Everyone here is friendly and extremely professional, the doctor asks about any sorts of discomfort and issues and gives advice to alleviate any future problems where he can.

While I was waiting, the front desk lady asked me to do something, so I politely asked her to clarify. Instead of explaining, the doctor suddenly walked in with an attitude, told me "don't tell my employee what to do" -- without even knowing what was going on. On top of that, the front desk lady then denied ever telling me to make a phone call to get information, even though she had just asked me to. At that point, I decided I didn't want to deal with the unprofessional energy and said I was going to leave. As I walked out, both the doctor and the front desk lady said "good." I came in already in pain and just wanted care, but what I got was rudeness, lies, and a complete lack of compassion. No patient should ever be treated this way, especially when they are already vulnerable. I will never return here, and I strongly advise others to find a doctor's office that respects and values their patients. I was looking for the right words to try and aptly introduce the amazing Dr DeRiggi and am still searching. I love chiropractic care and swear by it. As my mother was having some digestive, knee and extremity issues, I looked for a chiropractor close to her home for alternative and natural healing. Lucky for me, I found DeRiggi Family Chiropractic on Old Country Rd in Plainview. I felt the warmth, the genuine concern from Lauri as she answered the phone and took all the necessary information, called me right back after verifying her insurance coverage and accommodated Mom at the very last minute on a Friday for a new patient first visit which takes longer. Proactive as she asked me to fill out the new patient paperwork prior so as to save time. We got the same contagious warmth, welcome and love as we walked in the door to this immaculate office. We got to meet the wonderful Teresa who was also just so kind, patient and understanding. Meeting Doc DeRiggi was something special: he was sweet, oozing with love, very patient, all about helping the person in front of him, very easygoing and very, very sharp and thorough. He connected with Mom and explained everything in simple terms with her all around well being being paramount- not just immediate relief but long term. Loved it!! Based on Mom's age and specific health issues he adjusted her with a hand held activator vs doing a manual two hand adjustment. Mom left feeling great right after the first visit. She was inspired and motivated to start changing her diet and do her exercises. This is HUGE!! I can't thank Doc DeRiggi, Teresa and Lauri enough. Doc you are a natural healer who is straightforward and gets to the source of the issue, not someone who merely band aids the symptoms and your team is right there with you. Truly grateful! This beautiful, warm and inviting office is open 6 days a week M - Sa and is located on the north side of Old Country Rd between S Oyster Bay Rd and Rt 135. A Blessing! So very grateful!!

I had taken him to a highly recommended mom-centered chiropractor in farmingdale but I just wasn't happy with them so my mother-in-law suggested I try Dr Carrie. I'm so grateful for the care my son received here. On our first visit, Dr Carrie went to work and did her magic. An hour after that visit, my son pooped (sorry if TMI) and then slept for hourssss! We returned two more times and Dr Carrie actually taught me how to do the exercises so I wouldn't have to return (unless absolutely necessary). Can you imagine a doctor who actually cares that much for her patients that she puts the healing power into their own hands? You can tell she was made for this line of work and her patients are so lucky to have someone like her in their lives. My husband and I are beyond thankful for the care Dr Carrie provided for our baby. He is now almost 4 months old and we continue the exercises everyday and he very rarely cries. This is the most honest chiropractic office I've ever been to. When you're here, you're not just a paycheck to this incredible team of healers. I will continue to recommend them to anyone who could benefit from chiropractic care.
