I'm going to start off by saying Center Parcs is not my preferred type of stay. It's a true European holiday park, where they give you the cabin, a fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave/oven and refrigerator, kitchen utensils...and not much else unless you get a better package. First time I stayed here, I didn't get the VIP cottage and quickly learned that there weren't even towels or toiletries at all. Quite the welcome.
Since then, I've always made sure to get a VIP cottage. At least that guarantees you towels. But it also includes a sauna and hot tub, which is pretty nice. It also gets you bread in the morning. They make their bread fresh every morning, so I'm guessing that it comes from that.
And yeah, don't expect A/C. The upstairs bedrooms can get very hot in the summer.
They do have a center which has a grocery store, restaurant, and other activities. Not that I ever do any of the activities. But the idea of the holiday park is that you never have to leave it if you don't want to.
Also note that this is very close to Circuit Zandvoort, so don't be surprised if you hear very loud cars if you are trying to sleep.
The only reason I ever stay here is that it is generally the cheapest option for a group when compared to the hotels and Airbnbs in the area. Not ideal, but it serves its purpose.
