Paul was hired to do a tub replacement, tile replacement on the 3 walls around the tub and on the…read morefloor of the "hall" bathroom. He was very easy to work with and accomodated my schedule. Once the existing tub and tile were removed, a constant leak from 2 toilets had destroyed the subfloor and had damaged the joists. Questionable plumbing tactics on the adjacent bathroom's shower were exposed when the walls in the hall bathroom were removed. Of course, all this damage and unexpected repair added to the cost. However, I never doubted his ability to repair and fix all the issues before bringing in the new stuff. He even laid down mesh and a base before laying the new floor. I am so pleased with his attention to detail and knowledge with how to fix problems. With his plumber's license, he had all the know-how to install the new fixtures. The tile installation is superb. The color graduations flow well. The pattern on the floor is square. Then he fixed sheetrock issues, installed a new countertop for the sink and installed a new door. My remodel is solid and fixed problems I was unaware of plus it looks beautiful. He was a great choice.

My experience started out well. Loved the granite countertops I chose. When they came to install…read morethem I noticed that they weren't cut to the specifications that the estimate template I discussed with him. When I pointed it out to Carlos the installer he said it was standard overhang which were longer than the original estimate. They corrected one of the overhangs but refused to correct the rest. Then Carlos was grinding / polishung the end of the granite and destroyed one of the new cabinet drawers. at first they denied doing it, then admitted doing it but weren't going to make it right and said that it was in my contract to expect damages to walls, cabinets etc. Then Lia told me they're not going to fix anything and I was on my own! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone that expects quality work and customer service! 0 stars.

Justin did a top notch job on our home. A neighbor used him to clean their driveway and I noticed…read morethat it looked like brand new and it stayed clean for a really long time. When we sold our house a year later, we got his name from her and used him to clean our drive too. I suspect it added many times the cost of the work he did. The 20 year old drive was whiter than it had been in 19 years. Now that we are in our newly built home. We were really bummed out that there was red clay dust on every outside surface. We called Justin and he worked for about 2 and a half days cleaning almost every outside surface. The rock and sidewalk were red... now they look new. The trim and gutters were nasty and again they now look new. He did our window trim, our siding, some metal roof accents, and the driveway... It's not cheap, but its worth it. Our builder paid another company to clean and they got a lot of dirt off, and they were pretty cheap - I suspect - but we were just not happy with 60% clean... Justin made our red mud/dust stained home now look like it should. He does some work for builders, but I suspect that most builders are more interested in saving a buck than in making the home look perfect. In addition, Justin was a pleasure to work with. He gave us a good estimate of the cost and then came back with suggestions to save some money on a few items. After cleaning our gutters, he offered to drop the price since he said they were easier to do than he expected. That's a level of honesty that I seldom see... He does a great job and he's both honest and detail oriented... One last point, when he left the house he stopped at the end of the driveway and cleaned up the tire tracks his vehicle left. I told him that he didn't have to do that, but he insisted in leaving the place as pristine as possible. Just simply outstanding...

He also did some gutter work years ago on a previous lake house we owned in Fair Play, and we were pleased with that work, so this is the second engagement. I called and left a message. Nikky returned my call within an hour. He came out and looked the situation over the next day, and offered me a price per foot that was literally about 85% less than the last guy to come out. They set a date to do the work that was about a week out. They arrived exactly as scheduled and completed the work on time. They cleaned out my gutters and topped them with a nice leaf guard that my builder recommended. They cleaned up the gutter debris and left the place as they found it. I have some three story high gutters that they had to access from the roof, and they did so with no problems. Altogether they were prompt, courteous, a pleasure to work with, and they seem to be completely honest and trustworthy. My builder is quite strict concerning the people he recommends and he had Nikky Cheek do the gutters on his own home. He's done two houses for me. He saved me thousands on this last job. If I ever need work again, he will be the first guy I call.

Would NOT recommend this company. Their progress was extremely slow and they never completed the…read morework that they started. We ended up giving up on them and moving on to another contractor. Numerous excuses were given such as medical problems (back), family issues, didn't have necessary tools, 'Oh, we forgot', etc etc etc. Also, their communications skills were even more lacking. They do not return phone calls, emails or text. Majority of the time when attempting to contact the company via phone, their mailbox would be full. We recommend you saving yourself the headache and find a more trustworthy and efficient gutter contractor.
