Our HWH slide tended to creep out an inch or two during storage and had gotten cranky about retracting. I'm not gonna complain, it's 26 years old and all original equipment. Though there are HWH service centers closer to home, I want to take the coach back to where the slide was made, which might have been one of my greatest decisions this year. We arrived at HWH the day before service, plugged in for the night, and in the morning entered one of the dozen or so service bays. 4 or 5 Techs jumped into our RVs' bays or under the dash like a NASCAR Pit crew. Within three hours, they had solved both the creeping and retraction issues with the slide, inspected the hydraulic air bag leveling system (also a HWH product), and discovered a faulty valve and my air braking system, which they repaired because they're awesome. Then, for icing on the cake, they gave me a lesson on how to retrack the slide by hand crank, should the situation ever arise. The entire staff was as pleasant as could be; there were magazines in the waiting room older than my coach, and the invoice was fair. If you're lucky enough to have HWH Slides and/or Airbags leveling, I completely recommend visiting the mothership of HWH for service and to pity the unfortunate campers whose RVs are cursed with Lippert slides and stands. read more

AMAZING! Yes I know that all caps is shouting but when you get service this great you want to shout about it. I'm a new rv owner and my used Winnebago 40ft diesel pusher had HWH levelers that needed some help. I called for an appointment and Ashley was terrific, she gave me an appointment and told me that there was power hookups and I was welcome to spend the night before my appointment. Brent my service technician was fantastic, he went over the repairs with me and made sure I understood everything. I also have to give a shout out to Lon who checked me in. Placed an order with them through inside sales via email. They processed the order incorrectly and shipped an extra $2000 worth of materials although the purchase orders totaled $146. They would not pay for freight on the return and attempted to charge us a 15% restocking fee. While speaking with the inside sales manager, he continuously raised his voice, interrupted me and refused to accept they processed the order incorrectly internally. We will be looking for alternative sources for future needs. read more

Our aged 2004's HWH hydraulic leveling system was acting. The hydraulic motor continued to run after using the automatic leveling function. One of the jacks lights to notify you of an extended jack was not working. Matt was our repair tech. He was friendly, informative and efficient. Got us back on the road in 1 day and, the repair bill was far less than we had anticipated. We highly recommend them! read more

I had a relay fail in the HWH controller circuitry that controls my hydraulic slides and levelers on my motorhome. I called HWH to find out how to resolve the issue. They said that I would have to remove the controller and send it in to be repaired. That wasn't a particularly difficult task and I removed it and sent it in. Since I was sending this package anyway, I included a solenoid that I had replaced some months ago so it could be rebuilt. I was informed at the time that they were terribly busy and it could take quite some time to get the work done, and that it could cost several hundred dollars for the repairs. I was expecting not only as much as three months wait and as much as $500 for this to be resolved. I was very surprised that it was all done in about one month. However, the biggest surprise was that I was invoiced $0 for the repairs on a 10 year old system. Once again HWH exceeds expectations for customer service and commitment to their customers! read more
