When I called the store the woman who worked there told me to bring it back with a receipt. She could hear my upset and instead of a sincere apology she cut me off, letting me know she had a customer to take care off. Well, that was obviously not me, since I will not shop there again. There is no excuse for bad quality AND bad customer service. I should add though that the lady helping me the day before was great.
