I saw a few other clients while there, and they seemed really pleased with their hair services too! He triggered my anxiety so bad, and I started tearing up when we went back to the chair. I asked for a Kleenex and he chastised me for crying and that he wouldn't cut my hair if I was crying. I wasn't ugly crying, just a few tears. He walked away, I spoke with the manager who ofc did not interpret the situation the same way. He asked if I wanted to reschedule with a different stylist, I said I never want to come back to this place. I asked if I would be charged, he assured me I wouldn't. But now I'm SOL before my sister's wedding. This place came highly recommended by my neighbors but I really can't recommend it.
