I bought a Wellensteyn-brand coat here, and love it. I highly recommend this brand of coat, it is super-warm while not being bulky, and also fashionable. My experience purchasing my coat was very smooth. I found a saleman who spoke English, and he did the rest. The strange thing was, apparently you have to purchase things at this store from a specific check-out area, so they mark it and send it to the cash register where you can pay for it and pick it up. They accepted my VAT-free form with no trouble, and I saved myself over 30 euros! Good experience, will come back here if I need more clothing.

On my first visit, I came in to look at a couple pieces, possibly a purse as I had just purchased a wallet at the Flagship store on the Champs-Élysées the weekend before in Paris. I was promptly set up with a lovely Sales Associate (SA) who was kind and brought me the bag I wanted. She entertained some other options but I decided on the bag I initially wanted. The SA was very kind, made me feel comfortable and she has helped me each time. I wish I still had her card but she is a beautiful women with blonde hair, my apologies for not remembering her name. I've bought a handbag, two belts, and two ties from this location and I, along with the recipients, have enjoyed our goodies. He was dressed in a sweatshirt and jeans (not dressy like the other associates). Fortunately, I knew what I wanted and placed the order. I asked if there were any other matching items for the limited addition order I made. I was told no. Come to find out, they had TWO other items. I tried to order over Whatsapp, although hopefully at first, they never sent the email to pay. In store, there was no special treatment...all the other customers had drinks; we weren't even asked. I'm about to let them send back the purse and take a trip to Paris where I'm sure I would get the LV service that Stuttgart should have.

Even if it's cold outside and snowy, the malls are always warm and cozy that you don't need a jacket inside. Most people leave their jackets in the car and walk around the mall like its summer weather outside. Parking is across the street so you have to go through the underpass. The restrooms are in the 4th floor next to towel and bath area section. I will definitely come back to shop in my BFF stores. Trust!!!
