Living in Denmark not feeling too comfortable ordering not cheap shoes from a to me unknown shop in Provence did not feel too comfortable. There was however absolutely no reason to worry. The shoes were shipped immediately upon ordering despite it being during the X-mas holiday. The package was delivered soon after and everything was in very good condition including a personal bill. I am very happy with this service and the selection in the webshop and will for sure return. Great I now know this (web)shop in Provence!

The store is very pretty inside and has lots of choices for scents but also has a selection of clothing and some home goods that are too cute. Would be a great spot to look for presents! I've worn my fragrances I bought a couple times since I have been home and still love them. The one catch is if you are sensitive to smells, obviously a perfume shop might not be the best place for you. The customer service in the store was top notch, the displays excellent and I am super happy with the products that I bought.

We paused and then were approached by security person. He proceeded to take the bag to a very busy cash register. He balled up the top first and aggressively rubbed it against a metal shelf. He did the same with the matching skirt. Then he proceeded to shove it back into the bag. I stopped him and wanted to see both pieces. He snagged both the top and the skirt, ruining a $240 outfit which was just purchased and wrapped with exquisite care. After speaking with the security man , he refused to help us. We went upstairs to look for a possible exchange. None were available so we had to fight to get a refund for the damaged goods. We waited at least 45 minutes and the 1 cashier who could do the credit. We will NEVER go there again due to the abundant amount of ineptitude and stupidity. It was so very disappointing to see my mom one minute so elated and then two seconds later subjected to such horrid treatment!!! I will make certain to speak honestly regarding the hideous service this department store rendered to my friends who travel and love to spend!
