They have a great selection of numerous designers and the best deals and steals. Once in awhile they have great promotions and I got 20% off my Givenchy Matilda's! Givenchy being as pricey as Tom Ford can get expensive but their promotions help a lot! I also got lucky because they were sold out everywhere but L'inde le Pailis had one left in my size! Meant to be. After I ordered them online I was a bit nervous when I didn't receive a shipping email confirmation the next day, but I called italy using Vonage (very cheap btw) and their customer service is phenomenal! Very friendly and they sent my tracking information asap. Quick shipping, lovely packaging, will definitely shop with them in the near future! I love Givenchy! Thanks L'inde le palais! Also, I thought I lost my ankle strap and was very sad! I called Givenchy in Las Vegas to see if they can get replacement and they said the US Doesn't have much access cause there are rarely any stores! When I called L'inde le palais they said they would contact Givenchy in Italy to see what they can do. Even though it was my fault they insisted they had to help me because I bought the shoe from them! !! Best customer service in my book! !! I ended up magically finding them... oops. But it definitely made me a customer for life with their efforts!

I was skeptical at first to order from an…read moreinternational store, but after getting good words from another avid shopper, I thought I would give them a try. They were having additional 30% off of clearance items, and the shirt I have been eyeing went on sale, so it was just meant to be! I ordered the item TWICE: 1ST TIME: Ordered the shirt and right away got an email saying they have successfully received my order and to expect a shipping confirmation email in 1-3 business days. One week later, still no shipping confirmation, so I contacted them. Two days later, got a reply saying that they had a technical issue with this order, they have now fixed everything and they should be able to ship in 2 business days. I waited for almost another week and still no shipping confirmation, so I contacted PayPal and received a refund. 2ND TIME: I was sad about the previous order because I really wanted the shirt. I thought I would give them a second chance, and worst comes to worst request a refund from PayPal again. I submitted the order and right away got a confirmation email and this time around, received a shipping confirmation in 2 days! I didn't want to get my hopes up, so I waited until the item delivered to my house and indeed it did within 3 days by DHL Express from Italy. The shirt was neatly packed in tissue paper and quality is excellent. There has been questionable authenticity from other customers that ordered purses from L'inde le Palais, but I can say that my shirt is definitely authentic. Overall, it's a hit or miss. Had I not inquire about the first order, I would have never gotten my money back, but four stars because I am satisfied with my second order and I would order from them again...with caution. If you don't get a shipping confirmation, definitely follow up immediately. I suggest using PayPal for protection and should there be any issues, PayPal is much quicker at responding than a bank.
