I messaged her my inquiry, and she responded quickly with the price and what the class includes. For 60 euro cash, the class is 3.5 hours from start to finish, including eating what you made. Lunch is the 2 pastas you make, wine, coffee, dessert that she makes and limoncello! Prior to this class, I did make pasta at home - but I still thoroughly enjoyed everything I learned in this class. All the flour and prep area was ready upon arrival - so we made the pasta dough, rolled out the pastas, and Maria and her husband cooked the finish product for us to enjoy. After the class, she also sent a wonderful PDF with the recipes of what we made. I'm very excited to make some time to make these pastas again and send Maria some pictures! If you're thinking about this - I highly recommend our experience.
