So off I went to order curbside, and wow, what an experience. First of all, curbside here is chef's kiss. They've got their own dedicated area off to the side, away from the parking lot chaos. No fighting with other customers who think your reserved spot is fair game. Nope, this is a curbside oasis. There are plenty of spots, and the in-and-out process is smoother than a perfectly ripe avocado. The store itself looks great from the outside--pristine, shiny, and promising. I haven't been inside yet (I mean, why bother when curbside is this good?), but I've heard the Texas BBQ inside is legendary. And now I'm torn: do I break my streak of grocery-store efficiency and go in for brisket, or do I stay loyal to my curbside kingdom? Decisions, decisions. In conclusion, this H-E-B has me contemplating a long-term relationship. I might just keep coming here, even if it's a bit of a drive. Unfortunately, they can not seem to get these issues resolved and the fixes are very temporary. Sometimes they have cold items in the back of the store that they say they can get for you, but lately I have been met with short responses and more reluctance than support. Since, they can not get these problems resolved, I do not recommend shopping there until the company replaces the refrigeration as product availability is very unreliable and it is frustrating to show up there thinking of purchasing weekly groceries only to have to get back in my car and go to another store.
