I waited and waited for the written estimate and was given multiple excuses as to why I didn't hear from him. Forgot, was busy, and way too many promises to get back to me. If I could leave 0 stars I would but yelp forces you to put 1. I had a simple leak by my skylight and had Hank come to my house to take a look at it. After being told that it was an easy fix and that my roof looked good and had years left in it, I paid him what he asked for to fix it. Two weeks later after we had rain the same leak happened again and after contacting him and telling him about the roof he was rude and asked me if I was okay with spending 10,000 to replace the entire roof and that was the only way he could guarantee it wouldn't leak. Never once did I show any sort of anger or attitude towards him. I told him I only wanted to repair where the leak was and he never answered another call or text from me again. I texted him at least two more times and called him another 3 times. So basically I paid him to not fix a small leak in my roof and have gotten no call back or text back for the past few weeks. I'm not sure what his skills are, this is a fairly simple leak next to a sky light, and he is avoiding me at all costs and seems to be angry with me and have attitude with me because he couldn't get it right the first time.
