Taxes here start at 185.00 not 39.00! They are very misleading the lady Eloise Johnson came in and I ask is there a fee to file my taxes she said yes , 39.00, I said do I need that up front she said no we can take it out of your tax return when she finished with my taxes she whispered I owe her 185.00 I said how did it go from 39.00 to184.00, she explained that 39.00 is the fee the bank charges to make the deposit the charge to file it is 145.00!! This is not a problem what pissed me off is I ASKED UP FRONT DO I NEED CASH IMMEDIATELY THE ANSWER SHOULD HAVE BEEN NO WE CAN TAKE IT OUT OF YOUR RETURN!! I never asked how much but she told me the dollar amount is 39.00 which is false if she wanted to quote a price it should have been 145 the fee H AND R BLOCK CHARGE NOT THE BANK FEE! To top it off I over hear her telling the next client all of the questions I asked her! As a business owner customer service is first priority I TRIED A THING NO BIG DEAL I WILL NEVER EVER BE BACK AND YES I HAVE NORE TO FILE I WILL TAKE MY CHANCES AND USE TURBO TAX THAN BE LIED TO!
