I said no, I just needed change for a $20 bill. The teller said she couldn't help me without an account. I asked why. The response: we can't track you without an account. Track me? Is this a government surveillance thing, a track our bills thing, or just a made up thing? Whatever the excuse, a bank that can't make change of a $20 bill without the consumer needing an account so the bank can track you is certainly one with which I would never do business and I recommend you drive on by and find one something better.
