Please do not go to this H R block. They've had my tax packet and waiting to be filed for 2 months. I was told that I would have my taxes ready before the new deadline and it was extended. I needed my taxes to be done and have been given the run around. I am unable to sit in their office and have them filed so the lady told me that I would be able to have them filed out of office and would be so easy to drop off. I've asked them to give a certain date when they'd be finished and it's been 3 weeks now. Horrible service. They're not open now so you have to go to their Dover office. Their staff doesn't know where files are and the one person you need, is off. And their hours are only every other day and one weekend. Very inconvenient and poor service! Everyone is busy but courtesy to keep people updated, especially someone that has been a loyal customer for 11 years. Have wasted so much time running back and forth for my tax paperwork. Don't easter yours. You'll find better service and better quality tax advisors elsewhere! read more

Poor service, communication, quality. The accountant did not know how to complete my taxes. She said , "give me a day or two to ask someone else". After almost two weeks I called and left a message, no reply. I then messaged her on the website. She replied asking for a Wednesday 3:00 phone conference to review everything. Instead, she asked for last minute information via the website and was a no show for the 3:00 phone after I waited for almost an hour. I never received any reply to what she " didn't know how to complete. I was charged more than I ever have paid even though I only filed one schedule this year. Definitely the MOST aggravating and stressful processes I have ever experienced. The receptionist excuse was that they were, " busy"! Most accountants are during tax season !!! read more
