This is a professional place i heard so much about that helps people with their taxes s thst the IRS doesnt criminally rop people ofc of their tax money. This place is at the ed of the Shopping area in the Whte Oak Shopping Center nearby pansa Llena pizza Castle , And Other Stores . This is called H AND R BLOCK . This is where peppe call im and they are to pay a 200$ fee for am appointment for helping people with their tax work . I recommended this place to my adopted family The Restrepo Family. So they never get ripped . This is a pla e that people just call in for the appointments and pay the fees. The receptionist takes the call and sets people's appointments. Once people's appointments are set they havecan H AND R BLOCK Team thats ready to help at a minutes notice. They are professional ready to help people out finite their taxes and help what their tax returns are without any problems at all . These i heard are the best there is. I heard a it of people race how good the H AMD R BLOCK PEOPLE ARE. This area and office is at i highly recommend it . These peope are highly compassionate, Caring And honest . I hope other peopl hav had good exoeriences with them . I have to do more research with those that had experiences till do more research of interviewing other American citizens who dealt with them . Anyone who'd had great experiences and care about H AND R BLOCK , if yoy like this lace as I do , This place is for you. I hope others get experiences they'll never forget . I've never had an issue with any H&R Block I've gone to, to get my taxes done. But this one takes the cake! I was impressed by the collaboration of all the tax professionals in attempting to assist with getting my taxes. If one didn't know, they asked a colleague. The woman who did my taxes was very nice and helpful and as far as I know, she did a good job. However, the cost was $546! And it took only about an hour and a half! She showed me the fee schedule on her computer screen -- how each form has a fee, etc., but regardless, it seems CRAZY to charge that much for such a quick and easy job! I made an appointment for 3pm & arrived early but was not seen until 3:20pm. The receptionist man had on basketball shorts with flip flops; talk about unprofessional. The woman who attended me seemed annoyed to have me & when I told her my husband had an appointment with her too she seemed even more annoyed. She started telling me how she worked all day & will take long with us. After we started the taxes she was very very slow and in total took about 2 hours to do the paperwork, at the end once she was about to charge me her computer froze and she couldn't get it work. She was trying to charge me over $500 to file my taxes! After her trying in 3 different computers and not being able to do it I grabbed my papers and told her thanks but no thanks & started walking out. While I was walking she said "I understand I wouldn't do my taxes here either". Who does that!! How unprofessional, honestly worst experience with H&R Block! The worst place to do taxes. read more

worst customer service ever.... i've been a customer of hr block for 4 years and i thought last years fiasco with the software glitch that caused my refund to take 2 months to process wasn't bad enough this years is the reason why i will never return... the tax preparer was supposedly a senior tax preparer for such and such years but had messed up when the state was going to take out their share from my refund because unfortunately i did not make enough to cover my state taxes and wound up owing them :(..... i had called the office to try to resolve the issue but apparently the receptionist did not even pass my name and phone number to the next tax preparer to come in to give me a call back because they all come in after 9:30..... and when i was asked for a customer service number to address my complaint formally i was not given one nor the tax manager helped in any way..... even customer service did not help me they made it seem like i was in the wrong when ive been a loyal customer but apparently that means nothing to them it is such a shame how they made my situation seemed like it was all my fault which i know i should have double checked with everything before i left the office to ensure a smooth transaction but when i put my trust in their hands that makes me a foolish person.... do not go to this office. read more
