They had their secretary contact me and she hung up on me when I got frustrated with her answers. I thought she was the owner or at least a tax preparer. She seems to expect that I know what they did and who I worked with (I was pulled over in my car talking to her and didn't have my documents on the car to check). It seems like that would be easy to look up, but she was mad at me for not knowing or telling her. She sent me texts and different messages in their portal. One saying she had to have a letter and another questioning if I did. One saying she'd take care of it immediately and the other saying they couldn't because of the letter. She told me to stop yelling but I wasn't yelling. I'm up against a deadline and couldn't get a straight answer.
