This review is about the exceptional service of the H&R Block team in Markham. The type of work they do produces quality results. The office is welcoming and organized. A lot of us in life can get by with a cousin or someone who might be willing to struggle through family taxes, however times change and today we really do live in a different world. There are a lot of people living very fast lives. H&R Block are like the gas company, they really are that good. I never had an issue with a gas company for my home in 40 years. Amazing with the math no question but when it comes to understanding English, they should have a translator! They completely messed up my name and address. Had to go back to get it fixed and my Notice of Assessment still went to the wrong address as they went into my CRA account and changed my address without consent back to an old address I no longer live at! Will never use H&R Block again! read more
