There is no excuse for a basic tax meeting to last 4 hours and for you to tell me your grandparents history. My second complaint is that his personal values seemed to interfere with his client interaction. He was clearly uncomfortable with non-traditional families and made it apparent with long sighs and apologies for how we live our lives. My third complaint is that although he was given documents in February, he waited until the 11th hour to actually file the taxes. I was on the phone with him for hours the night of the submission. This is very disrespectful for people with demanding jobs. My final complaint is that he has yet to return our original documents and a complaint has been filed with the IRS. I cannot recommend this service.
