I first was referred to Marcos to help me get the SBA Loans for my company. He actually got it declined and then blamed it on the lender. I went ahead and filed it myself and i got approved, for both draws. Concurrently, Marcos promised me to have my taxes done for me. I paid him for them then waited months until I finally had it. He constantly would tell me we will meet and then the meeting would lead to know work performed. Finally I got a refund!! This ordeal made me lose a lot of money because my taxes were not completed. I missed some extremely important deadlines and opportunities because Marcos cannot keep his word, nor does it appear like he k own what he is doing. I needed help to complete the process of obtaining a visa to bring my wife here from the Philippines. Unlike many other law firms, they made my wife and I feel like family and explained things to us every step of the way. With their great knowledge of the information and forms to be sent and processed we were very pleased to have each step approved and processed so much quicker than others we had learned of from the internet. My wife was approved, received her visa, and is here with me in America! We are both so grateful to Shane and his staff for handling our visa process with such care for every detail. We would highly recommend his firm to anyone needing expert representation from a firm that cares about you as if you were family. Thank you To Shane and Mine Jennings and your Great staff !!!

I tried to deal with the insurance company on my own, I found it very difficult to work with them. Half the time I had no idea what they were talking about. Their main concern was my health and made sure I received all the medical attention I needed. They always kept in contact with me to let me know what was going on with my case and I never had to speak to the insurance company again. I was very grateful that I found them. After providing my information and explaining that I hold a credit card with Wells Fargo, I was placed on a lengthy hold. Ultimately, I was told the branch could not accommodate this simple currency exchange because I do not have a traditional banking account with them. The teller claimed that without a checking or savings account, they had no way to ensure the cash count would be accurate. This explanation is entirely illogical for a major financial institution. Despite offering to provide multiple forms of identification and explaining the necessity of the exchange, I was denied assistance. As a current credit card holder who regularly receives solicitations from Wells Fargo for mortgages and checking accounts, I am deeply disappointed by this lack of basic customer courtesy. I will be canceling my credit card immediately and taking my business elsewhere. If a bank cannot reliably count and exchange physical currency, they should not be in business.
