Sorry, but not sorry, the secretary at this place is terrible. I was here twice and both times she was just as unprofessional. She's stone faced, rude, not welcoming, and the furthest thing from helpful. She's your first impression of the place when you walk in the door. You walk in to her sour faced staring at her computer screen. You walk up to the desk and wait for her to address you without eye contact. She was snippy and seemed annoyed with my friend and i, the people in line behind us, and the friendly tax prepper ladies. Instead of working in customer service this Secretary should be locked away in a cubical by herself so no one else needs to suffer her poor attitude. If I didn't have an appointment already lined up with a very nice lady that said hi to me I would have walked. The ladies doing taxes are very friendly, fast, and describe everything precisely.
