Very mediocre. My wife launched her tax return with them and they did not look into anything which would give her more benefit. Even things my wife told her to put in, the accountant was rather annoyed and explained it would be mbetter not to put it in.
I guess it meant more work for her.
All they do, what ever you bring them, they launch online. You can do this yourself without someone with attitude.
