Mon, 3/27/23 still no response so we sent a final email stating their silence was confirmation the work was not done and to shred our docs. This was almost SIX weeks after receiving our paperwork. I reached out to our daughter's CPA and had our returns complete and filed within 3 days. The lack of any communication at all on their part is inexcusable and extremely unprofessional. If he can't prepare a return in 6 weeks, he needs to lighten his client base and also needs a course on professional etiquette.
